This is Yukito's true form, in that he doesn't exist as a human being, but is a creation of Clow Reed. Once Sakura has collected all of the Clow Card, she is judged by Yue to see if she is good enough to be the Cards, Kereberos and his new master. His symbol is the moon, and even though Sakura can convert the card, she is not strong enough to give Yue/Yukito enough power to stay in this world for very long...
