Sakura and the Mysterious Magic Book

Part 2


Sakura follows the sounds down to her father's study, but no one is there.			A glowing book?


This is just like the book in her dream.		And then the clasp opens by itself!	Opening the book, Sakura finds it filled with cards.


As Sakura reads the name of the card, a great wind appears and scatters the cards and therefore establishes the plot of the series.


This is where they got the footage for the CC opening.


From the front cover, the small flying animal of Sakura's dream rises before her.			"Konyanyachiwa!"


"Osaka ben???"	It's Kereberus - the Guardian Beast of the Clow Cards	He protects the cards so they don't cause any trouble.	Where did the cards go?!?!?!


Sakura gives Kereberus the one card she still has.	Then she has to explain to him what happened to the other ones.	"Nani?!" and he's not very happy about it	Sakura rushes through her dinner ...


... which is a bit strange even for Sakura.	Kereberus can't locate any of the escaped Clow Card without his full power.	But dessert will always cheer him up.	The Cards must be found.


They were created by Clow Reed, a powerful magician.	Kereberus was placed on the cover of the book to guard the cards.	But he fell asleep (his snoring was the scary noise Sakura heard).	Sakura asks him how long he was asleep. "About 30 years."


In order to find all of the cards, Kereberus will need Sakura's help.		He summons the key from the book ...


... and it turns into the Sealing Rod for Sakura.			The birth of a CardCaptor!


"I can't catch all of thsoe cards!"	"Who was the one who let them all out?"	"Who was the one sleeping instead of guarding?"	gggggrrrrrrrrrr


Suddenly a fierce wind blows into the room. Sakura and Kereberus look out her window to see a giant bird in the distance.		It's the Fly card.	CardCaptor Sakura's first challenge!
