| Kero-chan:"The guy you mentioned eariler ... You said he had a compass?" Sakura:"Yeah. It was like a board that had lots of stuff like letters scrawled onto it." Kero:"SaKUra, did you notice if Li had some kind of magic device with him?" SaKUra:"Uh huh. He called it a Lasin Board." |
Kero-chan:"Clow said that he left the compass with his mother's family. All right, that kid might come over after he senses Thunder. Let's capture that card before he gets here!" Kero:"That gives him a predictive edge that could be a little problematic for us. Don't worry, you're the rightful Cardcaptor. We'll just capture that Thunder card before the Li kid manages to show up." |
Sakura:"Yes, I'll do my best." Both:"Ahhh!" SaKUra:"That's right. I'll show him." Both:"Ahhh!" |
Sakura and Kero-chan dodge Thunder as it races under them. |
| The compass/Lasin board doesn't give Li-kun enough of an edge for Kero-chan to be worried about it. And Sakura is doing her best because she want to stop the Clow Cards from causing danger, not to show off for Li-kun. | |||

| Sakura:"How can I turn it back into a card?" Kero-chan:"We have to change it back into its original shape." SaKUra:"Kero, just how am I supposed to do this?" Kero:"First, transform it to its visible form." whiney attitude compared to honestly asking for help |
Sakura:"Original shape?" Kero-chan:"Here it comes!" SaKUra:"And that would be how?" Kero:"Heads up!" |

Sakura:"But what is the original shape of Thunder?" All right, Kero. What do we do now?" |

| Kero-chan:"Thunder is really ..." Li:"You really are pathetic." why doesn't Kero start to answer? |
Li-kun:"You don't even know that?" SaKUra:"Huh?" Kero:"Huh?" there *IS* a difference between a personal attack and a question of a level of assumed knowledge |
Sakura:"Li-kun!" SaKUra:"Li, how's it going?" |
Li-kun uses his own magic to fight Thunder. |

A bolt of lightning from Li-kun's sword strikes Thunder ... "Lighting!" explanitory dialog, just in case you couldn't tell by looking at it |

| Thunder roars! all of the Clow Cards make the coolest sounds! In the CCS version, anyway |
Sakura:"It looks scary!" SaKUra:"That's Thunder's visible form?" *LOOK* at her face - Sakura is scared. Thunder is a big scary beast! |
Li-kun:"You catch Thunder after you change it into its thunder-beast form. You don't even know that?" Li:"You are looking at Raiju, the thunder beast. Boy, you are hopeless." SaKUra:"Back off." SaKUra's attitude is so out of place with what you see in her face. |
"I was just going to explain that." "Listen up, Li. SaKUra is just getting started." guess Kero really doesn't know as much as Kero-chan |

| Sakura brings out the Windy card. SaKUra:"The Windy Card'll take care of this. Here." if SaKUra is so tough, why would she offer the Windy Card to Li? |
"Moron. You can't fight Thunder with Windy. "Put it away. Windy can't stand up against Thunder. Li-kun does put Sakura down, but not as much or as harshly as Li. |
"But I've caught some cards by holding them down with Windy. "But I've captured other cards by using the Windy Card." |
Kero says he can forgive the term 'idiot' but not 'moron'. "In case you hadn't noticed, kids, you're Raiju remains on the warpath while you keep arguing!" again, Kero-chan shows his concern over how Sakura is being treated |
